This is a classic!
You gotta listen to the audio of a conversation between a reporter for the Evansville, Ind., Courier & Press and Stephen Hess, president of the Stonecreek Homeowners Association, which governs a 320-home, middle class subdivision.
Hess was spitting mad that the reporter would dare to write a story about the HOA filing liens on homeowners and other issues in the neighborhood.
The audio link also can be found at the bottom of this story about Hess and Stonecreek HOA.
I would sue the head of the HOA for being stupid. He would not shut up. He must be real fun at HOA meetings
He simply MUST be a democrat!
Stephen Hess is really Hank Hill!
The reporter had amazing patience with him.
He sounds like a “little hitler”. My residents? lol

Dude can’t even seem to get straight the difference between slander and libel.
Typical. My advice: NEVER buy into a neighborhood with an HOA. Tell the realtor this: “Don’t even think about showing me houses in HOA neighborhoods.”
Yes, this will limit your options. It will also preserve your personal dignity and freedom while introducing you to neighborhoods of character and distinction. HOAs use petty dictators to enforce conformity. They suck the life and personality out of a community.
Wow this guy’s (HOA President) a total RDA.
ROFLMAO!!! he sounds like a scared little man.
